When a parent creates an account, we collect:

• Phone number (used for authentication via one-time passwords)
• Display name

2.2 Child Profile Information

Parents create profiles for their children. We collect:

• Child's display name (can be a nickname)
• Date of birth (used to determine appropriate content)
• Avatar selection (optional)

2.3 Learning Progress Data

As children use the app, we automatically collect:

• Lesson and activity completion status
• Quiz scores and results
• Experience points (XP) earned
• Badges and rewards earned
• Current progress position (for resuming lessons)

2.4 Technical Information

• Device push notification tokens (for sending learning reminders and parental notifications)
• Device platform type (iOS, Android, or Web)

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and personalize the learning experience for each child
• Track learning progress and unlock sequential content
• Award badges, XP, and rewards for achievements
• Enable parents to monitor their child's learning progress
• Send push notifications about learning activities and parental involvement

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

• Children cannot create accounts on their own; a parent account is required
• We do not collect personal contact information directly from children
• We do not serve behavioral advertising to children

• We do not share children's personal information with third parties for commercial purposes

5. Data Storage and Security

We use Google Firebase for data storage and authentication. Data is:

• Stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure
• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Protected by Firebase Security Rules that restrict access to authorized users
• Cached locally on the device for offline access and synchronized when an internet connection is available

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for infrastructure services. Google processes data in accordance with their privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as the account remains active. When an account is deleted:

• Parent account data is removed from our authentication system
• Child profiles and associated learning progress data are deleted
• Push notification tokens are immediately removed

فُلك ("نحن"، "لنا") يوفر منصة تعليمية إسلامية للأطفال عبر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول والويب. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف نجمع المعلومات ونستخدمها ونحميها عند استخدامك لخدماتنا.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها

2.1 معلومات حساب ولي الأمر

عند إنشاء ولي الأمر لحساب، نجمع:

• رقم الهاتف (يُستخدم للمصادقة عبر كلمات المرور لمرة واحدة)
• الاسم المعروض
• تفضيل اللغة (العربية أو الإنجليزية)

2.2 معلومات ملف الطفل

يقوم أولياء الأمور بإنشاء ملفات تعريف لأطفالهم. نجمع:

• اسم الطفل المعروض (يمكن أن يكون لقبًا)
• تاريخ الميلاد (يُستخدم لتحديد المحتوى المناسب)
• اختيار الصورة الرمزية (اختياري)

2.3 بيانات التقدم التعليمي

أثناء استخدام الأطفال للتطبيق، نجمع تلقائيًا:

• حالة إكمال الدروس والأنشطة
• درجات ونتائج الاختبارات
• نقاط الخبرة المكتسبة
• الشارات والمكافآت المكتسبة
• موضع التقدم الحالي (لاستئناف الدروس)

2.4 المعلومات التقنية

• رموز الإشعارات الفورية للجهاز (لإرسال تذكيرات التعلم وإشعارات أولياء الأمور)
• نوع منصة الجهاز (iOS أو Android أو الويب)

3. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

نستخدم المعلومات المجمعة من أجل:

• تقديم وتخصيص تجربة التعلم لكل طفل
• تتبع التقدم التعليمي وفتح المحتوى التسلسلي
• منح الشارات ونقاط الخبرة والمكافآت للإنجازات
• تمكين أولياء الأمور من متابعة تقدم أطفالهم التعليمي
• إرسال إشعارات فورية حول الأنشطة التعليمية ومشاركة أولياء الأمور
• صيانة وتحسين محتوانا التعليمي وخدماتنا
• تقديم الدعم الفني

4. خصوصية الأطفال

• لا يمكن للأطفال إنشاء حسابات بأنفسهم؛ يلزم وجود حساب ولي أمر
• لا نجمع معلومات اتصال شخصية مباشرة من الأطفال
• لا نقدم إعلانات سلوكية للأطفال
• تُستخدم بيانات الأطفال فقط لتتبع التقدم التعليمي
• يمكن لأولياء الأمور مراجعة أو تعديل أو حذف معلومات أطفالهم في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا
• لا نشارك المعلومات الشخصية للأطفال مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تجارية

5. تخزين البيانات والأمان

نستخدم Google Firebase لتخزين البيانات والمصادقة. البيانات:

• مخزنة بأمان على بنية Google Cloud التحتية
• مشفرة أثناء النقل وفي حالة السكون
• محمية بقواعد أمان Firebase التي تقيد الوصول للمستخدمين المصرح لهم
• مخزنة مؤقتًا على الجهاز للوصول بدون إنترنت وتُزامن عند توفر الاتصال

ننفذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية المعلومات الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التغيير أو التدمير.

6. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع أو نتاجر أو نؤجر المعلومات الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة. قد نشارك المعلومات فقط في الحالات المحدودة التالية:

• مقدمو الخدمات: نستخدم Google Firebase لخدمات البنية التحتية (المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات، الاستضافة، الإشعارات الفورية). تعالج Google البيانات وفقًا لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
• المتطلبات القانونية: قد نكشف عن المعلومات عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك أو لحماية سلامة مستخدمينا.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالمعلومات الشخصية طالما ظل الحساب نشطًا. عند حذف الحساب:

• تُزال بيانات حساب ولي الأمر من نظام المصادقة لدينا
• تُحذف ملفات تعريف الأطفال وبيانات التقدم التعليمي المرتبطة بها
• تُزال رموز الإشعارات الفورية فورًا

8. حقوقك

يحق لأولياء الأمور والأوصياء:

• الوصول: طلب نسخة من البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك وعن طفلك
• التصحيح: تحديث أو تصحيح المعلومات غير الدقيقة
• الحذف: طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به
• التقييد: طلب تقييد معالجة بياناتك
• النقل: طلب بياناتك بتنسيق منظم وقابل للقراءة آليًا

9. الإشعارات الفورية

قد نرسل إشعارات فورية لتذكير أولياء الأمور بالأنشطة التعليمية أو فرص المشاركة. يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات الفورية في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات جهازك.

10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بإخطار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو بوسائل مناسبة أخرى. يشير تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة إلى آخر مراجعة للسياسة.
